Shipping Information
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. We also mark on
all packages that the contents include tobacco products, and that an adult recipient
is required. If you have any questions regarding our shipping policies, please

Returns / Refunds / Un-delivered Product
We are dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your order arrives with visible damage to the products, or if you suspect damage to the products, please contact customer support at orders@todayscigar.com or 1-800-620-8845. If you contact customer service within 30 days of receipt of the product, we will refund your purchase in full, including shipping. Depending upon the circumstances, we will occasionally require that the damaged product be returned, in which case TodaysCigar.com will pay the full return shipping cost. If there is no damage to the products, but you are unsatisfied with the products that you received, again please contact customer service at orders@todayscigar.com or 1-800-620-8845. If you are unsatisfied with the product you received, you may return the remaining cigars as long as they are still in their cellophane wrappers, and we will replace them with cigars of equal or lesser value, or issue store credit to you. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of receipt (or 14 days for Alaska and Hawaii), please contact customer service at the email address or phone number listed above. At times the postal service can take longer than expected to deliver packages, and every once in a while packages are lost entirely. Although this isn't something we can reasonably control, we are dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your product hasn't arrived in 7 business days (or 14 for AK and HI), we will do our best to locate the missing package. If it is determined that the package hasn't been delivered after 10 business days, we will refund you in full.
