Sweet Gum Tip

This is an experiment I am doing. I like “Baccarat The Game” smokes, and also have a lot of other types / brands of garz in the humi. Now on those other boys in there, I am trying to come up with a “dip” that I could use to simulate the Bac. taste.I am using a mix of honey , sweet and low, and will put a little liquor(Tia Maria etc.)in the next batch.Has anyone tried this and found a recipe that would put a nice glaze on the gar? I have noticed that you cannot leave it in the dip to long or it will soak in,,,,,hmmm,,,perhaps a good soak would be good?? What are your thoughts??

If you are really interested … try some Pectin.

Past that, I am at a complete loss.

Have you tried a white owl? They come in flavors.
